Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival
Land on Sifnos — Private Arrival
Private jet or helicopter arrival followed by private transfer to your hilltop village villa. Welcome tray of local products: honey, Sifnian cheese, fresh bread. Dinner at the island’s finest traditional taverna, reserved privately for your party.
Day 2 — Craft
Pottery Workshop with a Master
Sifnos has produced ceramics since antiquity. A private morning session with one of the island’s master potters — wheel throwing, hand-building and firing traditional forms. Your pieces are fired and shipped home. Afternoon walk along the ancient Byzantine footpaths between villages.
Day 3 — Gastronomy
Cooking with the Island’s Ingredients
Private cooking class at your villa with a local chef: mastelo lamb, revithada chickpeas and local honey cake. Morning visit to the village market for ingredients. Long, languorous lunch on your terrace with island wines.
Day 4 — Sea
Private Boat Around the Island’s Beaches
Sifnos has some of the Aegean’s finest beaches, many accessible only by sea. Private boat day: Vathi harbour lunch, Cheronissos swimming, Faros bay anchoring. Return at golden hour.
Day 5 — Villages
Walking Apollonia & Artemonas
Guided morning walk through the capital Apollonia and the aristocratic village of Artemonas — neoclassical mansions and Venetian towers among Cycladic white. Afternoon free. Sunset at the monastery of Chrysopigi, the island’s most iconic image, connected to land by a stone causeway.
Day 6 — Spirituality
Byzantine Roads & Ancient Hilltop Sites
Private visit to the Agios Andreas hilltop archaeological site. Morning walk along the Byzantine road connecting 365 island churches. Sunset meditation at the most serene viewpoint on the island.
Day 7 — Leisure
Your Last Perfect Day in Greece
No agenda. Breakfast whenever you like. Pool, village, beach, nap, repeat. Special farewell dinner at your villa: a full traditional Sifnian menu under the stars, prepared by your private chef.
