Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival
Private Jet to Santorini
Depart Athens by private jet or helicopter. Your ETHER concierge meets you at JTR Airport for a tarmac transfer directly to your villa. Welcome champagne, villa orientation and a private chef dinner on your terrace as the sun sets over the caldera.
Day 2 — Exploration
Oia & Fira at Your Own Pace
Breakfast by your private chef. Private guided tour of Oia’s blue-domed churches and galleries, followed by a caldera-view restaurant lunch. Afternoon at leisure in your villa; sunset cocktails at the Oia Castle promontory.
Day 3 — Sea
Private Catamaran Cruise
Full-day exclusive catamaran charter around the island. Swim near the volcanic hot springs, anchor at the red and black beaches of Akrotiri, enjoy a private barbecue lunch on deck. Sunset return to the villa.
Day 4 — Gastronomy
Culinary Santorini
Private cooking class with a local chef — mastering the island’s volcanic-soil cuisine with Assyrtiko wine pairings. Evening reservation at one of Santorini’s finest caldera-view restaurants, private table with personal sommelier.
